After spending some quality time with my hair, I have been amazed at the results. My hair is beautiful! I am pleased and proud of myself for going natural, and it showed in everything I did and the words I spoke. I noticed that my confidence boosted, and my attitude was on 10. You hear me!

Then, I realized something. There's so much I am learning from the natural gray hair journey. Sis, did you know that we can learn a lot from our hair? Believe it or not, our hair care journey is relatable to our lives, mental and spiritual. Taking care of our hair is self-care. My hair has taught me many life lessons and I want to share them with you.
